In October 2023, Google introduced a direct social media profile linking feature to Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business), simplifying the process that was previously less straightforward.
This new feature allows you to add links to your social media profiles such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter(X), and TikTok.
So let’s find out how to add social links to your Google Business Profile in a few simple steps
- Log into your Google Business Profile
- Click on “Edit profile”
- Go to the “Contact” tab and Click on “Social Profiles”
- Choose the social media profile and enter the link to your social profile
- After you added all the social media profiles click on the “Save” button.
- Now you can see your social media profiles on your Google Business Profile
1. Log into your Google Business Profile
First, you need to log into your Google account associated with your Google Business Profile and then go to the Google Business Profile
2. Click on “Edit profile”
Once you log in, click on the “Edit Profile” button to access business information
3. Go to the “Contact” tab and Click on “Social Profiles”
Then go to the “Contact” tab and click on “Social Profiles” to add your social media account information.
4. Choose the social media profile and enter the link to your social profile
Here you need to choose the social profiles you already have and enter the link to that social media account
6. After you added all the social media profiles click on the “Save” button.
After you add all the social profiles make sure the links to those accounts are correct. If all the information is correct click on the “Save” button to save the changes.
Now you can see your social media profiles on your Google Business Profile
